We have been supporting Advance Paris service and repairs for many years. In warranty, we assist customers in Benelux and Germany. Out of warranty, we also help customers in other supported European countries with diagnostics, repairs and spare parts.
We support private customers, dealers and service partners alike, with a clear repair process for both current models and older equipment.
Spare parts readily available
The most common spare parts are available from stock or can be sourced within a few days, which often helps to keep repair times short.
If a part is no longer available, we also have an extensive number of donor units available, which often still allows us to complete the repair successfully.
Collection service
We work with several transport partners and can arrange collection of the defective unit at your preferred address and time slot.
Of course, you are also welcome to bring your unit to us in Leimuiden and hand it over in person.
Quotation
If the unit is outside the warranty period, you will receive a quotation from our technicians once the expected costs exceed the agreed threshold. You can then decide whether you would like us to proceed with the repair. The quotation is free of charge if you let us carry out the repair or if you leave the unit with us unrepaired. If you would like the unit returned unrepaired, we charge part of the costs incurred, namely € 42,50 excluding 21% VAT and shipping costs.

If your Advance Paris unit has a fault, loses a channel or no longer works as it should, please contact us. We will gladly help you determine the best route for inspection, repair and expected costs.
If you are looking for a remote control, a replacement part or support for an older model, we will be happy to assist you.
Submitting your repair is easy through our RMA portal. Register your device and select the option for pickup and delivery service. We will then arrange for UPS to collect your equipment from your location and bring it to our service center for further examination, accurate diagnosis, and a price quote. This way, you know exactly what to expect. If you decide to proceed with the repair after the examination, the examination fee of 35 euros will be waived.

Yes, our technicians are highly experienced in both digital and analog equipment. In addition to an extensive parts inventory of original components, we also have a large stock of disassembled devices, which often allows us to repair older equipment as well.

Hanex provides on-site repair services for non-transportable equipment or fixed installations in the Netherlands. We also offer this service in other countries upon consultation. Please be aware that additional call-out charges may apply. If on-site repair is not feasible, we will transport (part of) the equipment to our workshop for repair.
Hanex offers a standard 3-month warranty on the repaired issues. If the existing problem recurs or a new problem arises after this period, we will of course resolve it properly.
If you decide not to have the device repaired after examination, the investigation costs of €42,50 will be waived if you leave the device with us. If you want the device returned, we will charge the investigation costs and any shipping costs.

In most cases, repair turns out to be certainly interesting because our repairers repair at the component level. So we only replace that one defective part, not the entire mechanism or circuit board. And if repair turns out not to be worthwhile, we will work with you to find a solution.
