We handle all warranty repairs in the Netherlands and for Cambridge Audio in Germany, Spain, Portugal, and France. For Universal Audio, we provide warranty repairs in the Benelux countries, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, and England. Outside the warranty period, we can perform repairs for customers from most European countries. When registering a repair in our repair portal, we will indicate the available options.

Submitting your equipment is simple through our repair portal. Register your device and opt for a pick-up order or drop off the product at a designated point. If that is not possible, Hanex collaborates with an extensive network of retailers to arrange transportation.

Submitting your repair is easy through our RMA portal. Register your device and select the option for pickup and delivery service. We will then arrange for UPS to collect your equipment from your location and bring it to our service center for further examination, accurate diagnosis, and a price quote. This way, you know exactly what to expect. If you decide to proceed with the repair after the examination, the examination fee of 35 euros will be waived.

Yes, our technicians are highly experienced in both digital and analog equipment. In addition to an extensive parts inventory of original components, we also have a large stock of disassembled devices, which often allows us to repair older equipment as well.

Hanex provides on-site repair services for non-transportable equipment or fixed installations in the Netherlands. We also offer this service in other countries upon consultation. Please be aware that additional call-out charges may apply. If on-site repair is not feasible, we will transport (part of) the equipment to our workshop for repair.
Hanex offers a standard 3-month warranty on the repaired issues. If the existing problem recurs or a new problem arises after this period, we will of course resolve it properly.
If you decide not to have the device repaired after examination, the investigation costs of €42,50 will be waived if you leave the device with us. If you want the device returned, we will charge the investigation costs and any shipping costs.

In most cases, repair turns out to be certainly interesting because our repairers repair at the component level. So we only replace that one defective part, not the entire mechanism or circuit board. And if repair turns out not to be worthwhile, we will work with you to find a solution.
Hanex repairs most audio brands out of warranty. In addition, we are the official service center for many renowned brands within the Netherlands, Benelux or Europe. You can bring both in- and out-of-warranty repairs to us for these brands.
